Aged Care Compass provides an independent, self-hosted digital hub and peer-to-peer training platform for aged care professionals. Our services include:

  • Peer Knowledge Sharing: Interactive frontend submissions (Skill Shares) and public Q&A forums (Wisdom Hub).

  • Digital Marketplace & Support: Purchase of e-books, premium templates via WooCommerce, and voluntary grants/donations via GiveWP.

2. User Accounts & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be a qualified or studying aged care/healthcare worker to participate in peer forums.

  • Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Anonymity Protection: While we utilize gamification tokens (GamiPress Karma Points), you are strictly prohibited from exposing real-world facility names, resident names, or protected health information (PHI) that violates patient privacy laws.

3. User-Submitted Content & Moderation

By submitting tips, shift hacks, gear reviews, or questions via WP User Frontend or AnsPress, you agree to the following tracking guidelines:

  • Worker-Led Ownership: You retain copyright of your original text, but you grant Aged Care Compass a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, archive, and highlight your answers for the community.

  • Absolute Anonymity Guardrail: You must NOT mention specific employers, facility names, or real resident identities.

  • Moderation Rights: We reserve the absolute right to edit, redact, or completely delete any submission that threatens user safety, leaks private institutional rosters, or constitutes corporate spam.

4. Digital Products, E-Commerce & Donations

  • WooCommerce Purchases: All sales of digital kits, e-books, or templates are final. Due to the immediate download nature of digital assets, refunds are not provided unless required by consumer protection laws.

  • Affiliate Links Disclaimer: Some gear reviews include curated affiliate links. If you purchase items through these links, we may earn a micro-commission at zero extra expense to your checkout routing.

  • GiveWP Donations: Voluntary donations or platform grants are processed securely through certified pipelines. These grants are used solely to preserve the absolute independence of the platform from corporate healthcare facility funding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable digital laws, 3W Digital Agency and Aged Care Compass shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our peer-to-peer tool systems.

  • Unauthorized facility access or data handling on your personal mobile devices during active floor shifts.

  • Any workplace actions or disputes arising between you and your employer based on the training scripts provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All design layouts, custom CSS code grids, graphics, branding identity elements, and original master training materials are the exclusive property of Aged Care Compass and 3W Digital Agency. Unauthorized redistribution, cloning, or commercial resale of our premium guides is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of this platform are governed by standard electronic tracking laws and digital compliance frameworks. Any legal matters or formal correspondence will be addressed under appropriate regional legal channels.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or block your access to the platform (including AnsPress forums and LifterLMS tracks) if you violate these terms, breach user anonymity guidelines, or engage in malicious tracking activities.
